System 9100XXi Air ADFLO by 3M: our latest investment

In order to reduce further risks arising from welding activities by us, we recently decided to invest in a electro-ventilation system model '9100XXi Air ADFLO'. built by the world-leading company 3M.
This state-of-the-art equipment consists of a ergonomic helmet equipped with a tinted visor in various shades, to which a hose is connected that allows the operator wearing it to always and continuously breathe fresh, purified air thanks to a respiraire that filters out welding particles and gases. In this way, the welder is protected all round: the view is protected from the welding lights thanks to the multi-adjustable dimming screen, which ensures wide visibility, among other things, and the breathing can rely on a completely clean air flow purified of substances in the environment and those generated by the welding activity.
In addition, the system is compatible with noise-isolating headphones and can be used anywhere, due to its small footprint and the presence of the battery.
In order to be able to meet any requirement, Idraulica Pedroncelli has also equipped itself with a wide variety of spare parts such as filters and pre-filters, so that the equipment can always be guaranteed maximum efficiency.

Our operators are fully satisfied with the electro-ventilation system and we will soon invest in more units to further extend the coverage on our welders.
