Hydraulic mobile harbour crane 140 T

Pedroncelli Srl has been manufacturing, supplying and installing assembled flexible hoses for hydraulic pressure systems at major industrial facilities for thirty years.  

Pedroncelli, in particular, through its highly specialised technicians, manufactures hydraulic systems for the hydraulic operation of harbour cranes and offshore platforms.

Recently completed is the hydraulic system with assembled hoses built on a mobile harbour crane with a lifting capacity of 140 tonnes.

Here are the main work steps, from the assembly of the loose material to installation at the customer's premises:

-Customised cutting of reinforced rubber hoses;

-tube finishing: stripping, blowing and cleaning;

-assembly of ferrules and press fittings as per customer list;

-pressing the fittings on the pipe;

-stamping on the ring nut of the unique code (tag) for each pipe;

-Bench testing of the assembly at twice the maximum working pressure;

-flushing and drying;

-realisation of the hydraulic system on a crane: assembly and connection of pipes using hydraulic adapters supplied by us.
