Construction of industrial plant for natural gas and nitrogen

Pedroncelli S.r.l, a leading company in the industrial plant engineering sector, has put its many years of experience at the service of a major international company based in Dortmund, Germany. 

The recent work, implemented by Pedroncelli, concerns the construction and testing of a new industrial plant for transporting fluids such as natural gas and nitrogen.

Work phases:

-Project verification and technical inspection on site;

-construction of the steelwork elements (structural steel) for supporting the pipes;

-Customised fabrication of brackets and connecting flanges;

-assembly of tube parts by tig, electrode and wire welding;

-installation, assembly of the ducts and anchoring them to the supporting elements;

-pipe connection using adapters, brackets and flanges;

-tightness test and testing of all system components.
