Rigid tube bending: precision and robustness

Our new PROVAR 6-45 U-D automatic pipe bender is a state-of-the-art high-tech machine, designed to be always networked with a view to Industry 4.0, which guarantees excellent results for the rigid tubes for a wide variety of applications in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The  bending of rigid tubes stainless steel, carbon steel and other alloys becomes, thanks to the new technology, an extremely rapid, automated, high-precision and above all repeatable so that the same product can be replicated in any number of copies identical in appearance, features and functionality.

The service of supplying customised rigid pipes is completed with the multiple work that can be carried out to obtain the desired product:

• linking  using different techniques and processes to produce rigid tubes with cutting ring, with weld tang, with cold tube deformation or with 37° countersink;
• pipe testing pressure, up to 1200 bar, for tightness and safety verification and compliance with applicable regulations;
• flushing  by means of special benches and stations, for internal cleaning of rigid tubes to the required standard;
• pickling and painting further processing that Pedroncelli is able to offer at the customer's request.

Hoses: maximum adaptability and high performance

Pedroncelli also specialises in production of hoses for industrial use providing top-quality products that are used in hydraulic systems, agricultural applications, marine systems and many other areas, guaranteeing the best performance even in special or extreme contexts such as, for example, offshore platforms and the mining sector.

In turn, our hose service is characterised by extreme flexibility to respond proactively and quickly to each customer's specific needs and provide tailor-made specialist products. Thanks to a state-of-the-art technology park, we are able to carry out any kind of operation and processing on hoses:

• assembling and joining hoses with press;
• skinning of internal and external surfaces;
• pre-assembly of DIN2352 rings;
• cut pipes;
• testing and flushing hoses with tracking and printing of the test report;
• marking points and tracking;
• hermetic closure
